BSL WFC are a founder member of the Thai Women’s league and are committed to driving the development of Women’s football in Thailand.
We are striving to be one of Thailand and Asia’s leading women’s clubs, both on and off the field.
Philosophy & Mission
We are aiming to raise the levels of performance by introducing modern coaching pedagogies and introducing players to a games based environment. We expose our players to strength and conditioning and performance analysis to support our tactical coaching.
Players are empowered to express themselves on the field and we hope that some of this current generation of players will become the next generation of top coaches.
BSL WFC invests in women’s coaching and provides players the opportunity to develop their coaching skills through our micro-academy system.
Through our micro-academy system, we are creating a community that celebrates girls and women playing sports. Our youngest players (boys and girls) are coached by our first team coaches and players and our (U18) development squad often train alongside the 1st team.
Our academy is beginning to grow which will allow us to compete in the Thai FA’s U16 competition in 2023.
Partnerships
BSL WFC are actively seeking partnerships to further the development of women’s football. We are currently exploring possible partnerships in England, Spain and have recently begun a stadium share with Samut Prakan City FC. We hope that by collaborating closely with men’s football that we can accelerate the development of the women’s game in a sustainable way.
